Brij 35* (Polyoxyethylene Lauryl Ether. 30% concentration in water. Surfactant. Clear Solution.)
Application:
Suitable for use in manual and automated immunocytochemical procedures. The use of BRIJ 35 in buffers in immunohistochemical procedures aids in the removal of unreacted reagents as well as it reduces non-specific background levels.
Specificity:
This is the recommended detergent for capillary action to aid in reagent uptake and drainage.
Storage:
Store at room temperature.
Notes:
Recommended Use in Immunohistochemistry:1 mL of 30% BRIJ 35 solution added to 400 mL of appropiate buffer of choice, or distilled or deionized water.
