Biotin- PE
Description:
Phycoprobe Phycoerythrin (PE)-Capryol-Biotin
Application:
Prepare conjugate as described above. Use 1 to 3 micrograms of the conjugate per 1 x 106 cells suspended in 0.1 mL.
Presentation:
50 mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.05% Sodium Azide, pH 7.0.
Ammonium Sulfate free.
Aliquoting Instructions:
This solution contains 1 mg of conjugate per mL. Do not dilute entire sample at once. Withdraw aliquots as needed with a micropipette, and dilute with 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer pH 7.0 containing 2-5 mg/mL BSA, or any other appropriate buffer.
