Anti-Rat IgG (H+L) (Mouse Ads.) - Texas Red

Description:
Texas Red-Anti-Rat IgG (H+L)

Presentation:
50 mM Bicarbonate-Borate Buffer, 0.9% Sodium Chloride, pH 8.1, 0.05% Sodium Azide

Aliquoting Instructions:
This solution contains 1 mg of labeled avidin per milliliter. Do not dilute entire sample at once. Withdraw aliquots as needed with a micropipette and keep concentrated stock at 4°C. For most applications this concentrated solution can be diluted 20-100 times depending on the particular system employed. A recommended diluent is a solution of bocine serum albumin, 2-5 mg/mL, in 50 mM phosphate-buffered saline pH 7.4, 0.05% sodium azide. Avoid storage of diluted solutions as they may decay with time.

Storage:
Refrigerate in dark at 4°C. Do not freeze.

Notes:
PROTEIN CARRIER: bovine serum albumin.CONJUGATE CHARACTERISTICS:The anti-rat IgG antibody used in this conjugation is an affinity purified antibody which was further treated with mouse IgG to remove cross-reacting antibodies. The binding activity of conjugate towards rat IgG is 96%.Degree of labeling: Ratio of OD 595/OD 280 = 0.68.
