Ulex Europeaus Agglutinin I (UEA I)
25 mM Sodium Chloride, 0.05% Sodium Azide, pH 7.8.

The lectin used in this product is a research grade affinity-purified Ulex europaeus agglutinin I (UEA I).
Main carbohydrate recognition characteristics: (alpha) Fucosyl-residues.
Total activity of lectin against an affinity matrix: >95%
Molecular weight of subunits resolved by SDS-PAGE: 31,000 and 32,000 d.
This solution contains 1 mg of lectin per milliliter. Dilute 20 to 50 fold in 25 mM borate or bicarbonate buffer pH 8.0, 0.9% sodium chloride containing 2 mg/mL bovine serum albumin. Do not dilute entire sample at once.
