Description:
Biomeda's immunoglobulin (IgG) preparations are used for affinity columns, blocking agents, and normal controls in a variety of immuno assays. These immuoglobulins are isolated and purified from pooled normal animal by Protein G. Immunoglobulin are over 95% pure as analyzed on SDS-page and by HPLC; supplied in PBS with 0.1 % sodium azide.
Application:
For affinity column preparation use 3-5 mg/ml gel
For others usage use according to protocol.
Presentation:
PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.1 % sodium azide.
Aliquoting Instructions:
Dilute according to your protocol.
